Thanks to its obstacle-free central structure, every part of our spiral is easy to clean and service. This configuration also makes it possible to optimize the horizontal air flow, which is channeled evenly on all the food products inside the deep-freezing cabinet.

SEQUENTIAL DEFROSTING FOR 24/7 CONTINUOUS OPERATION
The system can be defrosted without having to interrupt the work cycle, thanks to the use of sequential defrost evaporators.

MODULAR CABINETS
The cabinets consist of prebuilt panels with a thickness ranging from 150 to 200 mm.

EASY TO INSTALL
The panels are joined through an interlocking system, with special hooks to ensure hold.
