Small, flexible and saves energy: Tecnopool TP Food Group presents its new line for donuts

The Group, originating from the integration of six companies, will present itself for the first time to the world market at Las Vegas. The possibility of adapting the line to the specific demands of clients, who can count on a single reference point for all process phases, is an attraction for operators.

Flexible, small, quick to clean, and fast product format change. These are just some of the characteristics of the complete donut line that Tecnopool TP Food Group, a new world leader in the food processing equipment and oven-baked product production lines, is presenting these days during Ibie 2019 in Las Vegas.

Tecnopool TP Food Group originates from the integration of several companies with a strong international vocation, each one with specific sector experience, and all of which can design and produce systems and lines for the different food and oven-baked product preparation phases, both industrial and artisanal. Tecnopool, Gostol, Tecnofryer, Mecateck Group, Logiudice Forni, Mimac Italia are the nucleus of this new reality, with an overall turnover of more than 100 million euros, eight production units in four different countries and more than 500 employees.

The Group chose to present itself to the global market at Ibie 2019 with a complete donut production line that perfectly integrates the group companies, their individual skills and specialisations. The line is made up of a mixer and a bowl lifter by Logiudice Forni, a divider, a proofer by Tecnopool, and a Tecnofryer fryer. Tecnopool is exhibiting its spiral oven, already confirmed in the bakery world because of its compactness, production process linearity and easy mechanics. Gostol instead reconfirms one of its strong points - process flexibility - with an industrial line that bakes bread directly on the belt, and others – space reduction and energy saving – with a multiple deck oven that runs on diathermic oil.

The line can also be fitted with a cooling, icing and freezing system.

Each individual machine is an expression of cutting-edge technology, the level of innovation and research reached by the companies. From a technological point of view the line not only guarantees a high quality final product but also savings in energy; easy, fast cleaning and product format change; and long cooking oil life. This project encapsulates the values that characterise Tecnopool TP Food Group, starting from flexibility, namely its ability to adapt to the specific requirements of clients who can count on tailor-made lines and a single reference point, not just for all the phases, from design to production to testing, but also for the whole process, from mixing to freezing.

The donut production line presented at Ibie 2019 is gaining worldwide success, in particular in the North and South American markets where requests for it are increasing daily.
